Welcome to the Ricipes Kitchen

Welcome to Ricipes.com. By accessing our website, you are stepping into our digital kitchen. Just like any professional kitchen, we have a few house rules to keep things running smoothly, safely, and respectfully.

By using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please hang up your apron and do not use our site.

1. Use of Content (Copyright Policy)

We put a lot of love, sweat, and testing into our content.

  • The Recipes: Developed by Hannah and Noah, these are the heart of our site.
  • The Photos: Captured by Lucas, these are protected artistic works.
  • The Text: Written by our editorial team, this is our unique voice.

All content on ricipes.com is owned by Ricipes Media LLC and is protected by copyright laws.

✅ What You CAN Do:

  • Print recipes for your personal use (we love seeing stained recipe cards!).
  • Share links to our recipes on social media (Pinterest, Facebook, etc.).
  • Cook our food for your family, friends, or a bake sale.
  • Reference our recipes in your own blog, provided you link back to the original page on https://www.google.com/search?q=Ricipes.com for the full instructions.

❌ What You CANNOT Do:

  • Copy-paste our recipes or full articles onto your own website or social media caption.
  • Republish our photographs without purchasing a license or getting explicit written permission.
  • Remove our watermarks from images.
  • Claim our recipes as your own original creation.

Summary: Sharing is caring; stealing is not cool.

2. User Contributions (Community Guidelines)

We love it when you leave reviews, comments, or submit photos of your creations! However, by interacting with our site, you agree to the following:

  • License: When you post a comment or photo, you grant Ricipes a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and share that content. We might feature your review in our newsletter or social media!
  • Conduct: We reserve the right to remove comments that are spammy, offensive, abusive, or irrelevant. Constructive criticism is welcome; rudeness is not. We want this community to be supportive and helpful.

3. Intellectual Property

The name “Ricipes,” our logo, and our unique visual branding are trademarks of Ricipes Media LLC. You may not use our trademarks in a way that causes confusion or implies endorsement without our prior written consent.

4. Recipe Disclaimers

We test our recipes obsessively. Hannah ensures the flavor is perfect, and Chloe checks the steps for clarity. However, we cannot control your kitchen environment.

  • Results May Vary: Your oven, your ingredients, your altitude, and your skill level all affect the outcome. We provide recipes “as is” and cannot guarantee that your result will look exactly like Lucas’s photos.
  • Food Safety: You are responsible for safe food handling. Please follow USDA/FDA guidelines regarding raw meat, cross-contamination, and storage temperatures.
  • Allergies: Amelia (our Nutritionist) helps us tag recipes, but you are responsible for reading ingredient labels. Manufacturers change formulas often. If you have an allergy, double-check everything. We are not liable for adverse reactions.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are foodies, not magicians. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ricipes Media LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site.

  • Example: We are not liable if you burn your dinner, if a link leads to a third-party site that is down, or if you rely on nutritional data that differs from your specific ingredients.
  • Cap on Liability: Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us (if anything) in the six months prior to the claim.

6. Affiliate Disclosure

Some links on this site are affiliate links. This means if you click a link and buy a recommended whisk or blender, we may earn a commission. This comes at no extra cost to you and helps fund our test kitchen expenses. We only recommend products we genuinely use and trust.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States (home of our HQ), without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Austin, Texas.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. If we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new terms.
